At present, public pages store only the on-device language preference. The form processing described below is fail-closed and will be enabled only after approval.
Request data after approval
Name, contact, shoe and repair details, fulfilment choice, and a shipping address only when needed will be held in Cloudflare D1. The original remains immutable beside the current version and revision history.
Minimal measurement
Page views, language, coarse referrer groups, form starts, validation groups and completions are retained only as non-identifying daily totals. There are no ads, analytics cookies, device fingerprinting or stored IP addresses.
BEFORE PRODUCTION
How data is handled—and what needs approval.
Implemented safeguards are separated from unsettled operational choices; missing policy is not filled in by assumption.
Fields and purpose
Only information needed to review, contact and receive a resole request is collected. There are no photo uploads, advertising or automatic customer confirmation emails.
Operator and processors
The design uses Cloudflare Turnstile, Workers, D1, Email Service and Access. The legal controller wording and the fact that an APAC placement hint does not guarantee Japan-only storage still require approval.
Retention, deletion and safeguards
Cloudflare Access restricts the admin, and an immutable original plus revision history is kept. Status-based retention, permanent deletion, encrypted backups and incident procedure await approval.
Privacy contact
Owner notifications contain only the reference and protected admin link. The formal access, correction and deletion contact will be published after domain-email routing is verified.
