IWAHARAMACHI / UTSUNOMIYAThis website is operated by ROCKY’N Climbing Gym, which is responsible for information submitted through its forms. We handle it only as needed to respond to enquiries and manage resole requests, and do not use advertising cookies.
INFORMATION WE HANDLE
Information this website handles.
This includes information you choose to submit, plus minimal settings and aggregate measurements used to keep the site useful.
Form information
Enquiries include your name, email, enquiry category and message, plus a telephone number only when you provide one. Resole requests also include shoe, repair and fulfilment details, plus an address only when shipping is selected.
Aggregate usage and performance
ROCKY'N's own counters record page, language, broad referrer category and form progress as non-identifying daily totals; they do not store IP addresses or form fields. Cloudflare Web Analytics (RUM) also measures loading performance in real browsing conditions. RUM does not use analytics cookies or track individuals across sites served by Cloudflare.

Responding to you
We use submissions to reply to enquiries, review and arrange resole requests, and manage request status. Submitted details are not sold or supplied for advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare services support this site's delivery, form processing, abuse protection and data storage. Submitted details are also sent to ROCKY'N's designated operational inbox when needed to handle your request. Telephone and email providers are involved when we communicate with you.
Safeguards
Administrative access is restricted, and original submissions are kept distinct from later edits. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Contact ROCKY'N to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Tell us the name you used and approximately when you sent it; we may need to verify your identity.
