CHECK-IN FLOW

From check-in to your first move.

The published first-visit process for registered use, organised into four stages.

  1. Reception and registration

    Receive the visit introduction and complete the registration form. Minors need a guardian signature.

  2. Choose a plan and pay

    Choose a duration or trial plan. Confirm current pricing at reception because published rates may change.

  3. Change and prepare

    A second-floor changing room, baskets and lockers are listed. Remove rings, watches and pocket contents.

  4. Fit shoes and learn the rules

    Staff explain equipment, walls, safety and movement tips. Warm up before climbing.

SAFETY

Mats reduce risk; they don't remove it.

Climbing involves falling and collision risk. Follow staff guidance, gym rules and awareness of others.

Stay clear below climbers

Keep out of fall zones and stay aware of the wall around you.

Remove accessories

Remove rings, watches and anything that could fall from a pocket.

Ask when unsure

If a rule or piece of equipment is unclear, ask before climbing.

Visiting with young climbers.

Published rules include age-based signatures and supervision. Confirm the latest policy before arriving.

PRESCHOOL

Preschool

Must be able to wear climbing shoes, climb with a guardian and remain supervised.

PRIMARY

Primary school

Generally requires a guardian or accompanying adult, except during school sessions.

JUNIOR HIGH

Junior high

The published policy requests guardian or adult accompaniment where possible.

MINORS

Registration for minors

A guardian signature is required for membership registration.
